   Graded Stakes placed Attorney, beautifully bred by Michael Phipps at Claiborne, is by renowned sire Seeking the Gold one of the nations leading sires of Grade One Stakes winners.

   He is, out of Court by Devil's Bag.  Court is from the family of female champions Quebrada and Silver Cloud.  With his impeccable pedigree, and outstanding heart (ask anyone who watched him run) Attorney is bred to be a sire.  His first two-year-olds run in 2004.
