   Great thought and careful consideration has been given to the design, functionality and craftsmanship of this exquisite nine-year-old equestrian utopia.  The entire farm and buildings are equipped with a Security System, and a Norstar programmable GTE Speakerphone / intercom. 

   Godstone Farm boasts a 13 Stall Broodmare Barn with closed circuit T.V. in the foaling stalls.  Manager's Office, kitchen and a half bath may also be found in the Broodmare Barn.  Also on the property is a 20 Stall Training Barn with inside jogging area with sprinkler system, office, wash stall, tack and utility rooms, and a Covered Round Pen with automatic sprinkler. 

   Additionally the farm features a Hay Barn, Shop and Equipment Building with heat, a Bedding Storage Building and 11 Run-In Sheds.  All stabling sports a fly-control misting system.  Stalls and paddocks have automatic waterers that filter through a central water conditioning system.  The 17 pastures are flawlessly fenced with "Keepsafe" Diamond mesh with top board.
